Symptoms: 13 year-old male with dodge ball injury. MRI ordered to rule out stress fracture
Diagnosis Coronal and axial fat-suppressed T2-weighted images demonstrate marked deep infrapatellar bursal distention (black arrowheads) associated with mild changes of Osgood-Schlatters disease seen as marrow edema within the anterior tibial tubercle (black arrows).
